Welcome to Woodland Springs Veterinary Hospital
Woodland Springs Veterinary Hospital opened its doors in 2007. Dr. Kenneth Slough and Dr. Beth Loter both long dreamed of opening a veterinary hospital dedicated to the best possible treatment of every patient, with an emphasis on cutting-edge veterinary medicine, compassion and high-quality customer service. Woodland Springs Veterinary Hospital is the fulfillment of that dream. We believe in providing quality care and service for your pets throughout every stage of life.
We are committed to providing the best care for your pet with proven therapies. Recommendations are evidence-based through peer-reviewed research. We have invested heavily in the latest veterinary medical equipment in order to better care for your pet. We use Aesculight laser surgical equipment for many surgical procedures, and Dr. Slough has many years experience in advanced soft-tissue and orthopedic surgical procedures. Our advanced diagnostic laboratory is capable of returning fast, accurate test results for your pet and our state-of-the-art radiology equipment enables us to diagnose your pet’s condition quickly.
Woodland Springs Veterinary Hospital welcomes all dogs and cats. Our spacious boarding facility is a warm, welcoming place where your pet can feel at home when you're away. We maintain a separate boarding area for dogs and cats, ensuring that all pets enjoy a safe, stress-free stay with us. We are proud to offer in-depth, educational dog training classes. These classes help your dog become a good canine citizen and are a great opportunity to bond with your pet.
AAHA Certification
Woodland Springs Veterinary Hospital is certified by the American Animal Hospital Association. What does this mean for your pet? The AAHA is the world's leading association of companion animal practitioners. To achieve AAHA-certification, our hospital has passed comprehensive inspections of our facility and maintains strict standards that meet or exceed the AAHA's requirements. Only about 16% of animal hospitals across the country achieve AAHA-certification. We are committed to the AAHA because we strive to be the best veterinary hospital possible so that we can provide your pet with the best care, current treatment, preventative medicine, and vaccination programs. When your pet comes to an AAHA-certified practice, you can rest assured knowing your faithful companion will receive the highest-quality veterinary care.
Woodland Springs Veterinary Hospital serves pets and their people in Keller, Watauga, Haslet, Westlake, Roanoke, North Richland Hills, Blue Mound and the surrounding area. We look forward to providing your pet with the best health care possible.
