About Your First Visit
Thank you for choosing Woodland Springs Veterinary Hospital! We are glad to have you as part of our pet care family and look forward to working with you and your pet. We are pleased to offer appointments and work-ins for our clients. For the convenience of our established clients, we also offer drop-off appointments.
Before coming in for your first visit, please print and fill out our New Client Information form.
This will help us learn more about your pet and any existing medical conditions he or she may have.
Hospital visits typically last about 30 minutes, unless extensive diagnostic tests are performed. If your pet is in for a routine examination, Dr. Slough or Dr. Loter will perform a thorough physical examination of your pet and make treatment recommendations that are specific to your animal companion. We firmly believe in diagnosing your pet before treatment. No procedure will be performed without your consent.

Medical Information
Woodland Springs Veterinary Hospital believes well-informed clients make better pet owners. We will provide you with additional information pertaining to your pet's physical examination and discuss with you any recommendations for continued care and medical treatment. If we find during your pet's visit that he or she requires additional treatments or procedures, we will provide you with an estimate and answer any questions you may have.
Payment Information
In order to better focus on our patients' needs and provide better customer service, payment is expected when services are rendered. We accept cash, checks, credit and debit cards. In order to ensure customer safety, all cards must be signed by the owner of the card.
We realize that some of our clients may need assistance paying for medical care. Insurance coverage for your pet is a popular option that many pet owners utilize. To learn more about pet insurance, please click on the following links:
We also accept payments through CareCredit. CareCredit allows you to pay for your pet's care through low monthly payments. Applying for CareCredit is easy and fast and can be done at the hospital at the time of your visit.
