Veterinary Technicians

Cindy works as a veterinary technician and has helped care for our pets since November 2008. She has worked in the animal care field since 2003. Cindy recently graduated from Cedar Valley College's Veterinary Technician program in May and has completed her State and National Board Exams and is now a Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT). Cindy finds working with animals an enjoyable and rewarding experience and is pleased to be a member of the caring staff at Woodland Springs Veterinary Hospital. She believes in exceptional quality care for your pets so that they have long and healthy lives. She feels truly blessed to be able to care for the furry members of your family.

When Cindy is not busy with work, she loves to travel and camp with her husband and daughter, go to movies and bowl. She and her husband, Bill, share their lives with two dogs, Dottie, a Labrador retriever mix, and Lexie, a golden retriever mix.

Murray is a Technician Assistant at WSVH, and has been with us since 2010. Murray attended the University of St. Thomas in Houston and received a joint degree in environmental studies and political science. He has a natural desire to continue to improve his knowledge and skills, so the medical industry is a perfect fit for him! Murray has a noteable 'way' with many animals he meets, and it's very heart-warming to see that connection to them. Petey, a 16-year-old mixed breed dog, and Max the cat share his home with him. You will find him reading and writing in his spare time, or working out at the gym!

Ryan has been a member of the WSVH team since February 2011. She has been a veterinary technician for around 8 years. Ryan has over 12 years of experience working with animals of all species in the veterinary field as well as in the boarding, daycare, and obedience training fields. She has a Bachelor's degree in Animal Science from Colorado State University. Ryan enjoys spending time doing anything outdoors including hunting, fishing, camping, biking, horseback riding, and more. She currently resides in Haslet, Texas with her fiance, Cody, and their 2 dogs, a Labrador named Joey, and an Australian Shepard/Lab mix named Indy. We are very proud to have Ryan caring for the patients at our hospital, and she looks forward to meeting you and your family, and of course, your pets!

Ashley is the newest addition to Woodland Springs. She has been a technician for three years now, after starting as a technician assistant in 2008. Currently, Ashley is working on her undergraduate studies at the University of North Texas, after which she will move on to achieve her DVM in large animal medicine. Her ultimate goal is to become a board certified equine orthopedic surgeon, and to own a mixed animal practice so she can still interact with canine and feline patients. Ashley is an avid animal lover, and has three dogs and a horse. Outside of work, she loves to ride her horse Raider and snuggle with her own dogs on the couch.
