About Your First Visit
Thank you for your interest in choosing Woodland Springs Veterinary Hospital for your pet’s health care needs! We look forward to working with you and your pet and adding him or her to our ever-expanding pet care family. We are pleased to offer appointments and work-ins. For our established clients, we also offer convenient drop-off appointments. To save time and provide the most positive veterinary experience possible, we ask that you print and fill out our New Client Information Form before coming in for your first visit to our clinic. Doing so will help speed up the check-in process and allow us to learn more about your pet and any existing medical conditions he or she may have.
Visits to our veterinary hospital generally last about 30 minutes unless we have to perform any extensive diagnostic tests. If your dog or cat is seeing us for a routine check up, our veterinarians will perform a thorough, head-to-tail examination of your pet and make any treatment recommendations specific to your animal. At Woodland Springs, we strongly believe in diagnosing your pet before administering any kind of treatment. Additionally, we will not perform any procedure without your consent.

We believe the best pet owners are the ones who are well informed about their pets’ health, specific conditions and treatment options. After we examine your pet, Woodland Springs will provide you with additional information pertaining to your visit and talk through any recommendations we may have regarding treatment and continued care. If, during your pet’s visit, we find that he or she needs additional treatments or procedures, we will provide you with a cost estimate and address any questions or concerns that arise.
